Tracy probably never held copyright over the picture since she probably didn't take it. So, she probably can't release it into the public domain. SteveSims (talk) 00:42, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

This was a snapshot taken at the funeral of Tracy Marciniak's murdered son. It was taken by a family member, I believe, and it was Tracy Marciniak's personal property. Under these circumstances, she can and did release it into the public domain.FedDoc (talk) 12:07, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
