A traffic warden and his assistant attach a wheel-clamp to an illegally parked vehicle. Camden is one of London's most heavily congested areas, therefore one of the most strict enforcers of parking law. This vehicle is clearly parked in a residents parking bay and gives the impresion of having been parked in a hurry. Photo by User:SalimFadhley
