Description

TRACTUS EICHSFELDIAE - Historische Karte des Eichsfelds von 1759

Die Karte weist einige Fehler auf:

  1. Die Bezeichnungen "Obereichsfeld" und "Untereichsfeld" sind vertauscht
  2. Die Namen der Orte Espelingerode (Esplingerode) und Desingerode sind vertauscht
  3. Die Grenze zwischen dem Calenbergischen und dem Heiligenstädter Gebiet ist zu weit südlich eingezeichnet: somit liegen die zum Eichsfeld gehörenden Dörfer Rorberg (Rohrberg), Bergwalde (Burgwalde), Bischhagen, Freienhagen und Schachtebich hier außerhalb des Eichsfelds
  4. Die Ortschaft Elzeborn (Etzenborn) gehörte nie zum Eichsfeld
  5. Die Ortschaft Nesselreden (Nesselröden) gehört zum Eichsfeld
  6. Die Namen der Orte Reinholterode und Rengerlrode sind vertauscht
