Tout Puissant Mazembe, early known as "Englebert", is a Congolese football club based in Lubumbashi. Their home games are played at Stade Municipal de Lubumbashi.

The Tout Puissant Mazembe was founded in 1939 by the Moines benedictains on the order of Sanctimonious Saint that directed the Holy Institute Boniface of Élisabethville (Lubumbashi). To diversify the student activities that did not consecrate themselves that to the scout, the missionaries decided to set up a soccer baptized Holy team Georges, Employer of the Troop. This team affiliated itself directly in first division of the Royal Federation of the Native Athletic Associations (FRASI). At the end of the season, Holy Georges occupied the 3rd place.
In 1944, the young scouts become road and FC St. Georges is rechristened Holy Paul F.C. Some years later, the incorporation of certain foreign elements has the Institute will bring the missionaries has to abandon the team management that will take the name of F.C. ENGLEBERT, a tire brand, club sponsor.
To the coming from this athletic season, the team finishes first and without undone. To immortalize this first exploit, the leaders decided then to add the qualifier of "Tout Puissant " to ENGLREBERT.
After the independence of Congo, June 30 1960, ENGLEBERT restructures itself in 1966, renews his effective one and realizes the trebled one (national Championship, Cuts Katanga and Cuts Congo).
In 1967 and 1968, it wins its two African cuttings of the clubs champions. This was the glorious period of Tout Puissant Englebert Mazembe.
The team will be finalist four times successively in Cutting of clubs champions (1967,1968.1969 and 1970). To this day, the TP Mazembe is the only African equipe to have defendu his title in final. After spoiling winning definitively the trophy NKWAME N'KRUMAH, the TP ENGLEBERT will sink and will know a true one crossed desert.
December 7 1980, it renews with glory while winning the 6th cutting of the cuttings.
Apres 18 years of absence, it goes back over the African scene thanks to a man of 38 years, Moise Katumbi Chapwe, his current one
