Toy Vault, Inc. was founded in 1998 and is a designer and manufacturer of high quality products for the toy, gift, and novelty categories. Their aggressive design and product-research departments consistently strive to provide the marketplace with unique products.

Three months after its inception in 1998, Toy Vault acquired a license from Tolkien Enterprises to produce plastic figures based on the best selling fantasy series of all time, Lord of the Rings. This was the first series of action figures ever produced based purely on a literary property.1
