I wonder how long this car is. It seems to me that it is a bit underpowered to be called a 'Supermini' and might more accurately be classified as a City car. In Japan, I'd guess it's in the keicar class.
The Publica was developed before the Keicar class. It currently classifed as such. The 700cc engine has surprising power. The vehicle is quite light and the 28 hp is enough to move it up to 55 mph via the 4 speed transmission. Owensexport 03:13, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
