To-do list for Toyota 4Runner: |

- Maybe move article to Toyota Hi-Lux Surf and redirect from Toyota 4Runner? The 4Runner was known as the Hi-Lux Surf in its native Japanese market, and that would be the right place to put the page.
- Comment:' "Toyota 4Runner" (no quotes) returns 1,040,000 Google hits. "Toyota Hi-Lux Surf" (again, no quotes) only returns 57,800. Like the Dodge Caravan, I believe we should go with the title that has been used most often. — Jesse's Girl | Please talk! 19:14, 31 May 2005 (UTC)
- More information on sales in countries other than US
- Better images (1985_toyota_4runner_sr5.jpg was the only one I had)
- More second/third/fourth gen information (see external links for more info)
- Needs more sidebar information

[edit] 4Runner Higlander
In the 1999 - 2001 model years, the 4runner had a package known as the Highlander. After 2001, when the car based Toyota Highlander was introduced the 4runner highlander was renamed the 4runner sport edition.
