Firstly receive my greetings from Kenya.

I revcenly bought a toyota Caldina fitted with 3S-GTE engine. It's a turbo charge engine with perfect performance, though a heavy gas consumer.

Kindly advice me what need to be done if it can be done to reduce the fuel intake without interfering with the engine performance and power.

Nothing, this is a performance, low compression engine. Low compression engines do not give good economy, they are designed for boost.
