Thomas J. Hillgardner ran for Lieutenant Governor of the State of New York in 2002 on the Marijuana Reform Party. Since 2000, he has been general counsel of the Association of Cable Access Producers. A graduate of the State University of New York (B.A. 1982) and Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D. 1992), he has engaged in the private practice of law concentrating on civil litigation in Queens, New York since 1992.Bnguyen 19:46, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
