[edit] Factual Correction

So what "massive debts" did Simon Donnellan inherit? This needs some citation to be included if it is to be reposted. The financial problem with the tour was not inherited. In fact this entry goes fairly easy on him and what happened.

Just a note to the editors currently working on the tables of past LTdL editions, I think following the 2005 Tour de France style for consistency would be good, and in case anyone's wondering, all results including the archives can be accessed through the official site.
