- First, do you have a reference for this sentence in the chapter Early years : « A talented batsman, he once topped the season's batting averages ahead of former Australian captain Bob Simpson. »

- I can't remember exactly where, but from the top of my head, it was around 3-5 million USD per year I think, according to the sources, which surprised me. I don't remember what the official Australian Olympic Committee or Government of Australia bonus is, or if it still exists, but it was defnitely < 100,000. - From counting up in the article, I believe 400/200 in 1998, 100 in 1999, 400/200 in 2000, 100/200/400/800 in 2001, 100/200/400 in 2002, 100/200/400 in 2003, 100/200 in 2004, 100/200 in 2006.
