Tosmare — is a district north of Liepaja, Latvia near the Karosta and lake "Tosmare".

Tosmare is considered most criminogenic district of Liepāja. Tosmare is well know mostly because of it's shipyard "Tosmare", currently owned by Rigas Kugubuvetava. Here in 1914-1926 years lived famous latvian poetess Mirdza Ķempe.
