Tosa Mitsuoki (Japanese: 土佐 光起; 1617–November 14, 1691) was a Japanese painter.
Tosa was born in Sakai, Osaka, the son of Tosa Mitsunori (1583–1638), also a painter. His original name was Tosa Fujimitsu, also called Tsuneaki. Tosa lived in the early Edo period (1603–1867). He revived the Tosa school of painting, recapturing the title of official court artist. He died in Kyoto.
