[edit] Comparison with Torah Im Derech Etz

On what basis has this comparison been removed?

  • the two movements are distinct, but somewhat "confusable";
  • for over two years no one has objected to it.

Am therefore reverting.... Fintor 21:30, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

See the talk page of Modern Orthodoxy (the end) for details. The two programs ("Torah uMadda" and "Torah im Derekh Eretz") may in fact be distinct, but these points-- save for perhaps the third one-- are not what seperates them. Again, see there for details. The fact that no one has objected to it is, besides no longer true, immaterial. There is no chazaka for wikipedia articles; and even if there were, there would have to be no mechaah for three years, not two.-- unsigned, 10 December

Have proposed that Talk:Modern Orthodox Judaism now covers both articles, modifications in both to be made based on discussion there... Fintor 08:03, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
