Topsy-Turvy is full-length debut album by alternative rock band The Apex Theory. The album was released on April 2, 2002 via Dreamworks Records and debuted at #157 on the Billboard Music Charts.

A music video was produced for "Shhh... (Hope Diggy)," which would see substantial airplay on MTV2 in early 2002. The song would also find radio play and featured qualities unique amongst other rock songs of the time, including alliteration in the second verse.

A second video would be created for "Apossibly." This featured the band performing in a dark room with animation of small letters flying around It was also featured on the video game Minority Report: Everybody Runs.
