Done. Use the "collab" parameter, like so: {{topic|Canada|collab=Canada collaboration}} creates:

Points of interest related to Canada on Wikipedia
Basic list - Portal - Category - WikiProject - Stubs - Deletions - Cleanup - Collaboration
