It used to air the same shows as Disney Channel did, excluding the live-action shows, such as Lizzie McGuire ,Smart Guy and Boy Meets World.

[edit] Closedown

When Disney Channel UK decided to plan a new channel, they wanted to close down the station. From September 2005, a pre-launch promo saying, "The Incredibles! Coming soon!" aired on all 3 channels. Sooner, another promo aired on all 3 channels, this time revealing the name,"Disney Cinemagic". The promo had Mickey Mouse wearing his "The Scorcerer's Apprentice" attire. He then walks onto a blank white screen, gets hold of a magic wand, touches the tip with his finger and the magic wand transforms into a television remote. He presses a button on the remote and holograms of Disney characters come out. On 16 March 2006, Toon Disney were showing back-to-back episodes of Kim Possible before it eventully closed down. It then had a testcard saying, "Disney Cinemagic. Coming soon!". It lasted 4 hours until 10.00am, when it was replaced by Disney Cinemagic.
