Tony Maher is a former gaelic football player from County Laois in Ireland.
He played for Laois senior football team, primarily in midfield, throughout the 1990's and into the early 2000's
In 1991, he played on the Laois team beaten by Meath in the final of the Leinster Senior Football Championship.
He was appointed as manager of the Timahoe senior football team in late 2007 and will be hoping to inspire them to an improved season in 2008.
