Anthony Lloyd Hill (born June 26, 1951, Auckland), commonly known as Tony Hill, is an international cricket umpire from New Zealand. He is currently a member of the ICC International umpire panel, and has been since the promotion of Billy Bowden to the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires in 2003.
His first international fixture was the ODI between New Zealand and Zimbabwe at Napier in March 1998, and he stood in his first test match in December 2001 with the match between New Zealand and Bangladesh at Hamilton.
During his time on the International Panel the ICC has appointed Hill to matches away from New Zealand as a neutral umpire (to support the Elite Panel), and particular highlights are the third test between South Africa and Australia at Johannesburg in March 2006, as well as officiating on-field in three Group A matches at the 2007 Cricket World Cup in St. Kitts.
