Tony C. Caputo (b. December 23, 1957) is a American visual artist and entrepreneur.
He has a twenty five-year visual storytelling history, from writing to illustrating to directing, and a 20 year history as a serial entrepreneur. In the 1980s and early 1990s, he was the founder and President of Caputo Publishing, Inc, and NOW Comics, later NOW Entertainment Corporation, a multimedia company that published comic books, children's periodicals, trade paperbacks and home videos of such characters as Speed Racer, The Terminator, The Real Ghostbusters, MR. T & The T-Force, The Twilight Zone and The Green Hornet. He wrote scripts for Fright Night, Speed Racer, The Twilight Zone and The Terminator. He's also illustrated covers for Fright Night, Speed Racer, Racer-X and Syphons.
Non-fiction books include How To Self-Publish Your Own Comic Book (Watson-Guptill), Build Your Own Server (McGraw-Hill) and Word Of Mouse, with Jim Banister (Agate). His articles on networked media have been published by eprarie.com, Tech Republic, and the Chicago Tribune.
