A nice, affectionate but still fact-based and neutral piece about an interesting man. I looked Pooley up having just watched Missing - Presumed Eaten and been very impressed by him. Added a few bits and pieces (including Pooley's birthplace). Had a look on Google.za for the story on which Missing - Presumed Eaten is based. Curiously, not a trace. Evidently the Rosch (spl?) case hardly figures as a South African legal sensation. Yet the documentary-makers dredged it up as the premise for a fascinating program all these years later. Go figure.
