[edit] Production credits
Any reason Phoenix's It's Never Been Like That has been deleted from this list? Grimhim 03:03, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- I think I've just found the answer. The CD shows that album was produced by Phoenix. I'll delete him as a producer on the It's Never Been Like That article. Grimhim 11:48, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

- I'm going to restore the list of production credits to the article for three reasons.
- Lists within articles are entirely permissable on Wikipedia. Please see the explanation at WP:L and WP:CLS. The Hoffer list was initially deleted with the explanation "Don't try to build a list. WP:NOT#INFO", which refers to an indiscriminate collection of information. A chronological list of Hoffer production credits is not that.
- Pointing to the category of Albums produced by Tony Hoffer is a poor substitute for a chronological list. The list provides more information, showing a progression of albums and artists, his repeat work with artists and his rate of work.
- The category of Albums produced by Tony Hoffer fails to include albums which he produced but have insufficient notability for articles of their own.
- I'm going to restore the list of production credits to the article for three reasons.
-
- Please see examples of other articles containing chronological lists which work for the same reasons: Robert Altman, George Martin, Nick Launay and Mike Chapman. Grimhim (talk) 22:21, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
