Tommy Joe Crutcher (born August 10, 1941 in McKinney, Texas, died February 16, 2002 in Port Isabel, Texas) is a former NFL football player. He was an All-American at Texas Christian University. He played eight seasons in the NFL, mainly for the Green Bay Packers.
