Thomas "Tommy" Casey (born 11 March 1930, Comber) is a retired Northern Irish footballer.
During his career he played for Belfast YMCA, East Belfast, Bangor, Leeds United, Bournemouth & Boscombe, Newcastle United, Portsmouth, Bristol City, Inter-Roma (Toronto) and Gloucester City. He earned 12 caps for the Northern Ireland national football team, and was a participant of the 1958 FIFA World Cup. After retirement he worked as a football coach/manager.
