Tom Wahl's is a chain of fast-food restaurants based in Rochester, New York, that currently has several restaurants around the Rochester/ Finger lakes region in western New York.
The first restaurant opened in Avon (village), New York in March 1955 by Tom Wahl Sr. The restaurant specializes in quality hamburgers and its famous rootbeer and Ice Cream.
The restaurant chain was sold in 1986 to Bill Gray's Inc.
