Thomas Joseph Myslinski (born December 7, 1968 in Rome, New York) is a professional American football strength and conditioning coach for the Cleveland Browns and a former National Football League offensive lineman. He was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1992 NFL Draft and played nine seasons in the NFL for seven different teams.

Myslinski played college football at the University of Tennessee and was a letterman in football and track & field. Tom is the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Cleveland Browns.
