Tom Johnson (ice hockey)

Thomas Christian Johnson (February 18, 1928 – November 21, 2007) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played for the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League. He was born in Baldur, Manitoba.
Johnson was also the recipient of the Norris Trophy in 1959. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1970.
He won the Stanley Cup as a player with Montreal in 1953, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960 and once as a coach with Boston in 1972 and once managing the Boston Bruins.
Johnson died of heart failure at age 79 in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
