Tom Gilmore is head football coach at the College of the Holy Cross. He has compiled a 23-21 record since 2004.

Gilmore is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and a former defensive lineman on the Quakers's football team. Prior to receiving the head coach position, Gilmore served as an assistant at Penn, Columbia University, Dartmouth College and Lehigh University. Gilmore also played one professional season for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League.
