Is/was Tom really significant enough to have a page of his own on Wikipedia? Only around 40 English mayors or former English mayors have pages of their own. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a directory of local people. If anyone feels Tom really is significant enough to merit an entry, will they please add information to this page, citing sources, to show that he was/is significant enough to merit a page of his own. Otherwise I suspect the page might be taken down.
