Edits Made: Tom LaBonge was born in Silver Lake, LA, and only lives a couple of blocks from his childhood home. As for his public speaking, he can be as long-sentenced and long-winded as the next politician, and politician he is. Tom has served Los Angeles since his college days for nearly 30 years now.
