Tolgay Özbey (born 1986) is an Turkish Australian football (soccer) player, who plays for Blacktown City Demons in the New South Wales Premier League Competition.
His other clubs include Blacktown City. He played on loan for A-League side Sydney FC for the finals series in 2006. Özbey's most recent appearance for Sydney came on February 19, 2006, as an unused substitute in Sydney FC's major semi-final match against Adelaide United at Aussie Stadium, although he did get some game time in the first leg of the semi-final against Adelaide in Adelaide. Tolgay Özbey also won the Vodafone Premier League 2006 Golden Boot award with the Blacktown City Demons.
