With regards to the greenfields comment... there is very little land of any size that could be developed as a greenfield suburb. Most of the remaining undeveloped land within the city of Hobart is either parkland or impractical for development due to it being on the side of a hill. Njh 09:35, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
