Tokhaapsalu (sometimes given as Khaapsapu and Khaapsalu) is an interceptor aircraft base in Estonia located 4 km southwest of Haapsalu. It is a small fighter airfield with a few revetments. It was home to 425 IAP (425th Interceptor Aviation Regiment) flying up to 38 MiG-23 jets in 1991 [1].
