Description	日本語: 新潟市中央区万代島の万代島ビル。2003年3月竣工。地上31階、地下1階。高さ140.5m。設計は鹿島建設。施工は鹿島建設、大成建設、福田組、五洋建設、本間組、東亜建設工業からなる共同企業体。建築主は新潟国際コンベンションホテルと新潟万代島ビルディング。隣接する新潟コンベンションセンター（国際展示場・会議場施設）とともに複合コンベンション施設「朱鷺メッセ」を構成する。Adobe Photoshop CS2で遠近法を調整した。 English: Photograph of Bandaijima Building, a part of Toki Messe, in Chuo-ku, Niigata, Niigata Prefecture, Japan.
