Todd Stashwick (October 16, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American film and TV actor. He currently plays the role of Dale Malloy on The Riches

Todd Stashwick was born in Chicago and raised in the suburbs right outside of the city. As a child he always had one eye on trying to make people laugh and working in Chicago at "The Second City". Soon after graduating from Illinois State University, he began performing at several local improvisational theaters and was quickly hired to tour with "The Second City" all over the country. Following productions at The Second City Detroit and The Second City Northwest, he moved to New York. Todd was up for Saturday Night Live the same year as fellow Second City Alumni David Koechner joined the cast. While in New York he formed a company of improvisers and began staging the underground critically acclaimed Burn Manhattan all over the city under the direction of Shira Piven. (Other performers occasionally included Kate Walsh, Jeremy Piven and Spencer Kayden) Quickly, work in television and film drew him to Los Angeles where he shot several pilots and series including recurring work on the series M.D.s, American Dreams, Rodney and Still Standing. Recently he completed roles in the features You, Me and Dupree and The Air I Breathe as well as the film Live!. Todd is currently working on Season two of The Riches where he plays Minnie Driver's nefarious cousin Dale. Summer 2008 he appears as Matthew McConaughey's best friend in the comedy Surfer Dude. He has not abandoned his love for improvising and performing, though, and founded, performs and teaches at his own improvisational theater in North Hollywood called The Hothouse. He has also taught and performed his style of organic improvisation internationally.

Stashwick currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Charity, whom he married in 1997 in the middle of Times Square, in front of twenty close family members and friends. The couple has a nine-year-old son and an infant daughter. Their household also includes an English Bulldog, three cats and a Conure (small parrot).

He appeared in the 3rd season of the sitcom Will & Grace and in the final season of Star Trek Enterprise playing an undercover Romulan in disguise as a Vulcan officer.
