Hello Didn't realise the Granta thing was a copyright issue - I thought using material from previously published sources gave Wikipedia's entries further authenticity. My mistake. All apart from one sentence was my own work though so if you could restore the article...? Mousehead 02:38, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Actually, the copyright issue is a bit more extensive than that. I believe an admin is supposed to remove the template, not the editor who placed it.

Citing reliable sources gives credibility and is required for all articles, but copying text is not ok. Note that simply modifying copyrighted text is not sufficient to avoid copyright infringement.

To go forward, you can work on a revised article at Talk:Todd_McEwen/Temp, but leave a note on this page saying you are doing so. Let me know if i can help. Toddstreat1 23:33, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
