In case anyone is interested, here's a section I removed:

- I would agree with the statement in that by the numbers Helton might be the best offensive player in MLB. Looking at Helton's page on the MLB website, right now (with many many fewer at bats that the other players) he's 20th in average, 5th in on-base percentage and 8th in slugging percentage ever. Particularly the slugging percentage, which is not mentioned in the article under 'selected stats'. Is that stat more relevant than say his home run total? Mglovesfun 17:03, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

I added the Coors Field Effect section someone else removed.

This article is badly written, not neutral and generally pisses me off a bit. For example
"Helton is also one of only four players to have reached 400 total bases in consecutive seasons (405 in 2000, 402 in 2001). Klein accomplished this feat in 1931 and 1933; Gehrig did so in 1927 and 1932; and Jimmie Foxx did so in 1934 and 1936"
Are 1931 and 1933 consecutive years? Or 1927 and 1932? Or 1934 and 1936? Mglovesfun 00:31, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
