I'm mostly just a WikiGnome: I make small edits when and where I think they're needed. Most of them relate to spelling, grammar, and restructuring sentences for clarity.

I originally created the Wikipedia page for the WebChat Broadcasting System of which I was a long-time member before its demise.

• I learned PHP on the job and use it on a regular basis. I've used it for web applications as well as CLI scripts. I occasionally make small contributions to the community, mostly in the way of PHP manual corrections and discussion regarding development of the Zend Framework. I'm currently considering getting my ZCE.
• I learned Java through a university course in 2004, though I don't use it much anymore.
• I used Python a few times school projects, still use it occasionally for small utility scripts, and may be using it for a game project in the near future.
• I used Perl once in a university course to interface with an Oracle database server and once at work to convert Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to XML.
• While I don't have any personal experience with Ruby, I really like the look of the language and hope I get a chance to work with it soon.
• I've dabbled in Lua mostly because of its use in World of Warcraft add-ons.

• I've begun learning Oracle and PL/SQL at my current job.
• MySQL is where I have the most experience.
• I've dabbled in PostgreSQL a little and may eventually make that my primary database server.
• I've dabbled in SQLite a bit as well.
• I've used Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access in the past, but haven't actively used them since 2002.
