Lieutenant-Commander Tobias Justin Lubboch Williamson, Royal Navy, was an Equerry to The Queen 21 August 1995 to 1998.

He was born in 1965, and was a seaman officer of the Royal Navy, having obtained a BEng degree at university. He qualified as an Observer. He was promoted to Lieutenant 1 April 1987, and to Lieutenant-Commander 1 April 1995.

Prior to his posting to the Royal Household he served with 814 Naval Air Squadron.
