This image, Image:Tmlogo.jpg, is used on the This Morning article; though the picture is subject to copyright I (JK the unwise) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution scrren shot of the TV programme Logo of the programme covered in said article;
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to promote their TV programme in any way;
it does not create the impression that the TV programme is associated with or endorses Wikipedia or the article it appears in, and does not create any reasonable grounds for complaint by the trademark owner.
