Hi, I've noticed that you've been formatting the image captions for various California governors, and I'd like to point out two things. Fristly, the tag is not an enclosing tag, thus takes the stadard single tag form of , not an enclosing form, e.g. blah. Secondly, Wikipedia encourages (X)HTML tags to be avoided whenever possible, thus the use of three quotation marks, e.g. '''bold text''' is preferred over tags. Thanks. Oh, and while I personally find the new formatting to be better, some Wikipedians may oppose it, due to issues of consistency, redundancy and accessibility. If you do not provide a source and copyright information for Image:The monkey king.jpg, it may be deleted. Why do you keep uploading images that are either outright copyright violations or lacking in copyright information, when it's clearly against Wikipedia policy to do so? Repeated violations of Wikipedia policy constitute vandalism, and if you do not stop, you could be blocked or banned. A response would be appreciated; language clearly isn't a problem since you've demonstrated the ability to comprehend and write English. —Lowellian (talk) 12:31, August 9, 2005 (UTC)
