From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The TKO Radio Network is a radio broadcasting network based in the United States. It specializes in oldies syndicated radio programs featuring music from the heyday ala good old days of the Classic Top 40 era of the 1960s and 1970s and is owned by Larry and Susan Thompson, owners and operators of Thompson Creative, a Dallas-based radio jingle production company. The network was founded in 2002, became a 24-hour satellite network in 2006, and assumed its current hosts and ownership in 2007.
Programming on the network includes Jim Zippo (mornings), Eric Chase (afternoons), Marty Thompson (evenings and Saturday night Hall of Fame Coast to Coast) and John Landecker (as host of the weekly Into the Seventies).
The network is distributed through the United Stations Radio Networks.[1]
