Tiranë County → Tirana County — Move from the Albanian name of the city to the English one, Tirana. See the "Simple tests" sub-section below.
Although in principle this move makes sense to me (c.f. Talk:Tiranë District), I'm not entirely sure yet, and would like to hear other arguments. - Evv 21:23, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
