TimeWinner is a supportive and branch independent Steering System (Leadership Management System). Within the frame of goal oriented leadership, it supports the reporting process.
Contents |
[edit] History
The system is based on a long-time developed systematic methodology of practical management experience for Goal oriented Leadership, which is basically used for every project or intention – independent of a single, easy, small or very long and complex project, an initiative, a taskforce or multiple intentions, multi-projects and project portfolios as well as line management tasks.
[edit] Completion
The Steering System (Leadership Management System) concentrates on leadership tasks and therefore completes existing finance- and resource management systems. Since it concerns a generic steering methodology, it allows a standardisation over heterogeneous structures, which are essential for the development of complex subjects.
[edit] The Element of Time
It is one of the main objective targets of the Steering System (Leadership Management System) to win time. Tied up, but partly unemployed resources, as well as pro forma set buffers can be recognised and cleared in due time. At the same time, open loops and latitudes can be identified and used reasonably so that eventually the efficiency can be increased and goals can be reached.
