The Time Lord is a fictional character from the Ultima computer game series. He is described as intimidating, and with features that seem both young and old. The Time Lord is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of time through space. He played major roles in III, IV, VII and IX.
In Ultima III, Time Lord was instrumental in defeating the villain Exodus by assisting the Stranger to destroy it. In Ultima VII, a major subplot of the game involves making contact with the Time Lord. Though trapped at the Shrine of Spirituality in the ethereal plane, he is still instrumental in aiding the Avatar against the Guardian.
Near the end of Ultima IX, the Time Lord is revealed to be the same individual as Hawkwind the Seer, the man who helped the Avatar progress though the Quest of the Avatar in Ultima IV, though this, as with many aspects of Ultima IX, has been heavily nitpicked.
