Timberlake v. State

Timberlake v. State may refer to any one of several court cases, such as:

  • Timberlake v. the State of Georgia, 246 Ga. 488, 271 S.E.2d 792 (1980), a case relied on by the Georgia Supreme Court as precedent in support of the decision to deny the motion of Troy Anthony Davis for a new trial[1]; or
  • Norman Timberlake v. State of Indiana, 690 N.E.2d 243, a death penalty case.
