Timahoe (Tigh Mochua in Irish: 'House of Mochua') is a village in County Laois, Ireland, 12 km south of Portlaoise on the R426 regional road. It contains a 12th century Christian round tower, with a unique Romanesque doorway.
There is another village called Timahoe in County Kildare, where some of Richard Nixon's ancestors came from.
