Tim Lilburn

Tim Lilburn (born in Regina, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian poet and essayist, and the author of six books of poems, including Kill-site, To the River, and Moosewood Sandhills.[1][2][3] He teaches at the University of Victoria.[4] His poem, Kill-Site[5], was awarded the Governor General's Award in 2003.[6]

Lilburn was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. He obtained a B.A. from the University of Regina, a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Gonzaga University, and his PhD from McMaster University.[7] [8]
