Timothy Edward Irwin (born December 13, 1958) was an offensive tackle in the NFL. He played most of his career with the Minnesota Vikings. He later became an attorney, practicing in Knoxville. In 2006 he was elected Judge of the Juvenile Court for Knox County, replacing the late Carey E. Garrett. Co-founder of the Catholic Youth Football League in Knoxville. This league allows children who do not have a school team to play on a faith based team and compete together with schools in the area.
