Tim Bivins

Tim Bivins is a former Sheriff of Lee County, Illinois and is the Republican candidate for Illinois State Senate.
Bivins was elected Sheriff of Lee County in 1986, where he served until 2006. Bivins retired as Lee County's longest seving Sheriff. [1]
Bivins currently is the Republican candidate for Senate in Illinois' 45th district to succeed retiring senator Todd Sieben.
